When goods are shipped across international borders, the importer (either the buyer or the designated recipient) is solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Complying with local customs regulations and settling these charges in a timely manner is the obligation of the importer, not Noah.

 

Please pay the required customs duties promptly upon receiving notification from your local customs authority. Failure to pay duties may result in the goods being seized, detained, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, we will not arrange refunds, and all associated losses and liabilities shall be borne by the buyer. For specific information on duty rates and customs procedures, please consult your local customs office or a professional logistics company.

 

2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Express Shipping

Most of our packaging machinery, core components, and urgent orders are shipped via express services such as FedEx or DHL. The standard delivery time is 6-8 business days from the date of shipment. Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance delays.

Delivery time may be extended if the machinery requires customized molds, pre-shipment calibration, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., peak sales seasons, extreme weather, or global logistics disruptions). We recommend consulting our sales team in advance to confirm the exact delivery schedule before placing your order.

Regular Shipping

Small accessories, replacement parts, or non-urgent orders will be shipped via regular shipping. The standard delivery time ranges from 15 to 45 business days under normal conditions, excluding extreme weather, customs delays, or regional logistics restrictions.
Products eligible for regular shipping will be clearly marked on the product detail page. If you need faster delivery, please contact us to upgrade your shipping method, and our team will assist you with the arrangement.

3. Order Delivery Restrictions

If you encounter an error message during checkout indicating that delivery to your country/region is unavailable, please contact us directly. Our team will verify shipping feasibility, confirm the product price, and calculate accurate shipping costs for you, then assist you in completing the order successfully.

4. Backup Shipping Rate

If a "backup shipping rate" is displayed during checkout, this is only a reference price for the most economical shipping method. Please note that the most economical method typically has unstable delivery times and limited tracking availability, so we generally do not recommend this option.

If you place an order using the backup shipping rate, we will prioritize service quality and select the most appropriate (not necessarily the cheapest) shipping method after receiving your order. This may result in a difference between the reference price and the actual shipping fee. We will contact you to confirm if you wish to upgrade the shipping service.
