Bottle Filling Machine Price
There is no single "bottle filling machine price" — the number is a function of configuration (monoblock vs rotary), fill principle (gravity, piston, flowmeter, net weight), and compliance grade (food vs pharma cGMP). A benchtop gravity filler starts around $15k; a validated pharma rotary line exceeds $400k. The useful exercise is a configuration benchmark and a total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) view, not a sticker comparison.

Bottle Filling Machine Price
| Configuration | Price band | Rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Benchtop gravity/piston | $15–40k | <1,500/hr | Lab, low volume |
| Semi-auto piston | $25–60k | 1,500–3,000/hr | Mid volume |
| Monoblock fill+cap | $60–180k | 3,000–8,000/hr | Single SKU |
| Rotary servo line | $200–400k+ | 8,000–24,000/hr | High volume pharma |
The purchase price is 30–50% of a 5-year cost. The rest is changeover labor, rejects, consumables, and downtime. A cheaper pneumatic monoblock that leaks 3% caps costs more in rejects than a servo monoblock at 30% higher sticker. Benchmark TCO, not price.
A Riyadh supplement maker compared two 7,500 bottles/hr quotes: a $140k pneumatic monoblock vs a $185k servo monoblock with torque feedback. Ambient 41°C.
| Metric (5-yr) | Pneumatic $140k | Servo $185k |
|---|---|---|
| Sticker | $140k | $185k |
| Cap-leak rejects | $310k | $52k |
| Changeover labor | $64k | $28k |
| Total TCO | $514k | $265k |
The servo "premium" was $45k; the TCO saving was $249k. The cheap quote was the expensive one.
Warm-climate caveat: In GCC summer, pneumatic torque drifts and leaks climb. A servo with feedback is not a premium there — it is the lower TCO by a wide margin.
EU GMP, 316L, IQ/OQ/PQ, FMD serialization. CE machinery. Validation adds to price but is mandatory.
FDA 21 CFR 210/211, cGMP, DSCSA serialization. UL/NRTL electrical adds cost.
Halal lubricant/CIP records; humidity drives dry-cap design. Price band similar to EU food.
GCC/SASO conformity, Arabic label. Heat-stable servo preferred; tamper-evident induction seal common.
$15k benchtop to $400k+ rotary pharma. Monoblock fill+cap runs $60–180k. Price follows configuration and compliance.
Monoblock to ~8,000/hr, single SKU; rotary above that or many SKUs. Rotary costs more but scales and services better.
Rejects and changeover labor dominate 5-year cost. A servo line can halve TCO versus a cheap pneumatic one.
Gravity for thin free-flow; piston for viscous; flowmeter for repeatable CIP; net weight for high-value accuracy.
