Integrated Modular Configuration & Flexible Use: Composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR series depyrogenation tunnel, KFJ series auger-type powder filling machine, KGL series capping machine and TLJ-B model labeling machine; each single unit can operate independently or in full linkage, offering high production flexibility and adaptability.

Full-Automatic Multi-Process Processing: Suitable for 2-30ml powder vials, automatically completing more than 20 core procedures including ultrasonic bathing, triple WFI & recycled water washing, triple compressed air flushing, exterior wall water washing & compressed air flushing, preheating, drying, sterilization, depyrogenation, cooling, auger filling, stoppering, capping and labeling.

Intelligent Stable Control System: Adopts PLC main control, frequency converter and touch screen control technology for steady and reliable running; the touch screen displays real-time running dynamics of each unit, water pressure, air pressure and temperature at each control point, supports on/off status & fault display, fault self-diagnosis, analysis and troubleshooting, realizing full-process automatic control. Equipped with three-machine automatic control and balancing device to ensure balanced and stable production.

High-Efficiency Vial Washing Performance: Washing machine uses mechanical hands to clamp various specifications of vials firmly; water-gas spray nozzles adopt reciprocating tracking insertion mode for excellent washing effect and energy saving. Anti-shake nozzle holder device improves insertion accuracy and reduces nozzle breakage; fully separated water/gas pipes and spray nozzles avoid cross contamination, complying with strict cGMP requirements.

Stable Conveying & Low Breakage: Buffer block installed before washing machine vial out-feed scroll to protect the scroll and reduce vial breakage; imported integral synchronous belt connected with container pushing block realizes stable and reliable vial conveying.

Advanced Depyrogenation Tunnel Functions: Adopts hot air circulation heating method with even temperature distribution and energy saving; built with sudden power-off protection function to guarantee safe operation. Can be equipped with circulation water cooling device (no indoor air volume consumption, reducing indoor differential pressure imbalance risk) and differential pressure automatic balancing & regulating system (eliminating high-temperature section deviation and room temperature rise issues).

GMP-Compliant & Easy Maintenance: Equipped with PAO inspection ports for air pressure, air velocity and dust particle detection; features FDA-specified cooling section sterilization function, optional ultrasonic & CIP cleaning systems for mesh belt, and all-round multi-angle high-pressure water washing for tunnel chamber.

Precise Auger Powder Filling: Filling machine adopts advanced auger-type filling design, featuring high filling speed, accurate vial separation and convenient format parts change-over; servo motor drives filling scroll to achieve accurate powder filling, and filling volume can be adjusted directly via the touch screen. Equipped with "no bottle no filling" and "no bottle no stoppering" functions, and can be fitted with Class 100 laminar air flow to meet aseptic production requirements.
