Adopts vertical rotary drum structure, with mechanical hands clamping and turning containers, and spray tubes performing reciprocating tracking, ensuring thorough and uniform bottle washing.
Integrates ultrasonic washing and water & gas alternating jetting washing, realizing full automatic production process (bottle feeding, ultrasonic washing, external washing, internal washing, bottle discharging) to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Overall transfer process simulates the gear external engagement principle, featuring low bottle breakage rate, good adaptability and stable operation, ensuring consistent production quality.
No cross contamination of water and gas pipes, fully complying with GMP requirements, suitable for high-hygiene standard scenarios.
Adopts two-section mesh belt structure for bottle feeding, ensuring bottles have sufficient thrust in water and no bottle shortage at the scroll, maintaining continuous production.
Buffer device is set at the in-feed scroll to avoid bottle breakage and reduce scroll wear; scroll is made of non-toxic, pollution-free polyformaldehyde, with stainless steel central shaft for reinforcement to prevent scroll deformation, extending equipment service life.
Equipped with needle holder anti-shaking device, enhancing the accuracy of spray needle insertion into bottles and reducing nozzle breakage, reducing maintenance costs.
Mechanical hand extended rod and large disc are designed with oil leakage prevention structure, ensuring lubricating oil does not pollute the water tank, maintaining washing hygiene.
