Corrosion-resistant & FDA-compliant: Chamber, pipe and frame are made of stainless steel; process pipe materials (e.g., PTEF, EPDM) meet FDA requirements.

Efficient cleaning: Sanitary stainless steel rotary spray arm combined with multi-water-injection loading frame, ensuring thorough cleaning of internal and external surfaces of items.

Rapid heating: Chamber water storage tank adopts steam heating system for quick heating.

Dual independent drying systems: One for the chamber, the other for process pipes and shelves, ensuring fast and effective drying of the chamber and load.

Flexible cleaning options: Customized cleaning racks (with 3D models) for special products/parts; a large number of standard shelves and accessories are available.

Precise chemical addition: Equipped with two chemical-addition lines for accurate addition of acid-based detergent, with dose detection in the injection pipe during cleaning.
