FCM Liquid Filling and Capping Machine Line

This FCM liquid filling and capping line is a fully automated integrated packaging system. It completes continuous production from bottle sorting to product labeling with stable performance and easy maintenance. The simplified process flow is as follows:

Bottle Unscrambling Process (Bottle Unscrambler)

Disordered empty bottles are fed into the unscrambler. The machine automatically sorts and arranges bottles in an upright position, removing defective bottles and impurities. Qualified bottles are delivered to the next station via conveyor.

FCM Liquid Filling & Capping Machine

Sorted bottles are conveyed to the integrated machine. It performs high-precision quantitative liquid filling, followed by automatic cap feeding and screwing. Constant torque ensures tight and undamaged sealing for each bottle.

Automatic Measuring Cup Placing Machine

Sealed bottles are transferred to the cup placer. Driven by a vibrating feeder and manipulator, the machine accurately places measuring cups on preset positions of bottles to enhance packaging completeness.

Labeling Machine

Bottles with measuring cups enter the labeling machine. It realizes precise single-sided, double-sided or circumferential labeling with smooth adhesion. Finished products undergo inspection; qualified goods are sent for warehousing while defective ones are reworked.

Whole Line Auxiliary Process

Equipped with a synchronous control system, the whole line features adjustable speed and automatic alarm & stop functions for fault protection. It meets FCM food-grade standards, suitable for food, daily chemical and pharmaceutical liquid packaging.
