Integrated Complete Line Configuration: Composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR series depyrogenation tunnel and YGZ series oral liquid filling-capping machine, realizing integrated and linkage operation of the whole production process with high stability and automation.
Full-Automatic Multi-Process Processing: Suitable for 2-25ml oral liquid and vial injection containers, automatically completing more than 20 processes including ultrasonic bathing, triple WFI & recycled water washing, triple compressed air flushing, exterior wall washing & air flushing, preheating, drying, sterilization, depyrogenation, cooling, pre/post-fill gas purging, filling, stoppering and capping.
High-Efficiency Precision Washing Performance: Equipped with mechanical arms to stably clamp 2-25ml containers; water-air spray nozzles adopt reciprocating tracking insertion washing, featuring excellent washing effect and energy conservation. Anti-shake nozzle holder improves insertion accuracy and reduces nozzle breakage; fully separated water/air pipes and nozzles avoid cross contamination, complying with strict cGMP requirements.
Stable Conveyance & Low Damage Rate: Buffer block installed before the washing machine out-feed scroll to protect the scroll and effectively reduce container breakage during conveying, ensuring smooth and stable material transfer.
Advanced Depyrogenation Tunnel Functions: Adopts hot air circulation heating for uniform temperature and energy saving; built with sudden power-off protection to ensure safe operation. Optional water cooling device (no indoor air consumption, lowering differential pressure imbalance risk) and differential pressure automatic balancing system (solving high-temperature section deviation and room temperature rise issues).
GMP-Compliant & Easy Maintenance: Equipped with PAO inspection ports for air pressure, air velocity and dust particle detection; optional FDA-specified cooling section sterilization function, ultrasonic & CIP cleaning systems for mesh belt, and all-round multi-angle high-pressure water washing for tunnel chamber.
Accurate Filling & Reliable Capping: Can be equipped with ceramic pump or stainless steel pump for high-precision quantitative filling; designed with "no bottle no filling" and "no bottle no capping" functions to avoid material waste and guarantee production accuracy and stability.
