Integrated & Modular Structure: Composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR series depyrogenation tunnel and two AAG series horizontal filling-sealing machines; all four units can operate either in a linked production line or independently, boasting high operational flexibility for diverse production demands.
Full-Automatic Multi-Procedure Processing: Automatically completes more than 20 working procedures for 1-20ml ampoules, covering ultrasonic bathing, three-time WFI and recycled water washing, three-time compressed air flushing, exterior wall water washing and compressed air flushing, preheating, drying, sterilizing, depyrogenation, cooling, pre-fill gas purging, filling, post-fill gas purging, heating and sealing.
Intelligent & Stable Control System: Adopts PLC main control, frequency converter and touch screen control technology for stable and reliable running; the touch screen displays real-time running dynamics of each single machine, as well as water pressure, air pressure, wind pressure and temperature at each control point. It supports on-off status & fault display, fault self-diagnosis, fault analysis and troubleshooting, realizing full-process automatic control; equipped with four-machine automatic controlled balance device to ensure balanced and stable production.
High-Efficiency & High-Precision Washing: Equipped with mechanical arms to clamp 1-20ml ampoules firmly; water-air spray nozzles adopt reciprocating tracking insertion washing method, featuring excellent washing effect and energy conservation. Anti-shake nozzle holder device is equipped to improve insertion accuracy and reduce nozzle breakage; water and air pipes are fully separable from spray nozzles, avoiding cross contamination and complying with strict cGMP requirements.
Stable Conveying & Low Breakage: Buffer block installed before washing machine ampoule out-feed scroll to protect the scroll and lower ampoule breakage rate; ampoule out-feed adopts imported integral synchronous belt connected with ampoule pushing block, ensuring stable and reliable ampoule transmission.
Advanced Depyrogenation Tunnel Performance: Adopts hot air circulation heating method with even temperature distribution and energy saving; built-in sudden power-off protection function to guarantee safe running. It can be equipped with water cooling device (no indoor air volume consumption, reducing indoor differential pressure imbalance risk) and differential pressure automatic balancing & regulating system (eliminating high-temperature section deviation and room temperature rise issues). Equipped with PAO inspection ports (air pressure, air velocity and dust particle detection); optional FDA-specified cooling section sterilization function, ultrasonic & CIP cleaning systems for mesh belt, and all-round multi-angle high-pressure water washing for tunnel chamber.
Reliable Horizontal Filling & Sealing: Horizontal filling-sealing machine adopts imported synchronous belt and ampoule turning gearbox, featuring low wear and long-term stable running; sufficient gas purging stations ensure one-off purging, and complete pre/post-fill nitrogen purging and drug filling procedures fully guarantee filling quality. Equipped with automatic locking device for nozzle holder and clamping stand; customizable pump options (ceramic pump, piston pump or peristaltic pump) based on product properties, and optional servo filling system for higher filling precision.
