Integrated & Flexible Structure: Composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR series depyrogenation tunnel and AGF series vertical filling-sealing machine; the three units can operate either in a linked production line or independently, offering high operational flexibility.
Full-Automatic Multi-Procedure Processing: Automatically completes over 20 working procedures for 1-20ml ampoules, including ultrasonic bathing, WFI/recycled water washing, compressed air flushing, preheating, drying, sterilization, depyrogenation, cooling, gas purging (pre-& post-filling), filling, heating and sealing.
Intelligent & Stable Control System: Adopts PLC, frequency converter and HMI control technology; touch screen displays real-time running dynamics, water/air pressure, temperature, switch status and fault information; supports fault self-diagnosis, analysis and troubleshooting; equipped with automatic three-machine balancing control for smooth, reliable production.
High-Efficiency Ampoule Washing: Mechanical arms clamp 1-20ml ampoules; reciprocating tracking insertion nozzles deliver excellent washing effect with energy saving; anti-shake nozzle holder improves insertion accuracy and reduces nozzle breakage; separable water/air pipes and nozzles avoid cross contamination, complying with cGMP standards.
Stable & Low-Breakage Conveying: Buffer block before washing machine out-feed scroll protects parts and lowers ampoule breakage; imported integral synchronous belt with pushing block ensures stable ampoule transmission.
Advanced Depyrogenation Tunnel Performance: Hot air circulation heating for uniform temperature and energy saving; sudden power-off protection ensures safe operation; optional water cooling device, differential pressure automatic balancing system, PAO inspection ports (air pressure/velocity/dust particle), cooling section sterilization function (FDA preferred), ultrasonic & CIP cleaning for mesh belt, and all-round high-pressure water washing for chamber.
Reliable Filling & Sealing: Constant speed pushing wheel for ampoule in-feed reduces breakage rate; imported synchronous belt and turning gearbox feature low wear and stable running; sufficient gas purging stations guarantee one-time purging and filling quality; automatic locking device for nozzle holder and clamping stand; customizable pumps (ceramic/piston/peristaltic) and optional servo filling system based on product properties.
