Modular Combo & Flexible Operation: Composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR series depyrogenation tunnel, KAGF series ampoule and vial filling machine, and KGL series capping machine; all four units can run in linkage or independently, offering high production flexibility.
Wide Applicability & Full-Automatic Processing: Suitable for 1-20ml ampoule injections and 2-30ml vial injections, automatically completing over 20 procedures including ultrasonic bathing, triple WFI/recycled water washing, triple compressed air flushing, exterior wall washing & air flushing, preheating, drying, sterilization, depyrogenation, cooling, pre/post-fill gas purging, filling, sealing, stoppering and capping.
High-Efficiency & Energy-Saving Washing: Mechanical arms clamp containers stably, compatible with 1-20ml ampoules and 2-30ml vials; water-gas spray nozzles adopt reciprocating tracking insertion washing for excellent cleaning effect and energy conservation. Anti-shake nozzle holder boosts insertion accuracy and reduces nozzle breakage; imported ceramic bushing for nozzle guide mouth ensures wear resistance.
Anti-Contamination & Stable Conveying: Fully separated water/gas pipes and spray nozzles eliminate cross contamination, meeting strict cGMP standards; imported integral synchronous belt with container pushing block guarantees stable, reliable container transmission.
Advanced Depyrogenation Tunnel Performance: Hot air circulation heating delivers uniform temperature and energy efficiency; sudden power-off protection ensures safe operation. Optional water cooling device (no indoor air consumption, lowers differential pressure imbalance risk) and differential pressure automatic balancing system (reduces high-temperature section deviation and room temperature rise issues).
GMP-Compliant & Easy Maintenance: Equipped with PAO inspection ports for air pressure, air velocity and dust particle detection; FDA-preferred cooling section sterilization function, optional ultrasonic & CIP cleaning for mesh belt, and all-round multi-angle high-pressure water washing for tunnel chamber.
Precise Filling & Versatile Closing: Supports ampoule filling, vial full-stoppering and half-stoppering; sufficient gas purging stations ensure one-off purging and complete pre/post-fill nitrogen purging; built with "no bottle no filling" and "no bottle no stoppering" functions to avoid waste. Optional servo filling system upgrades filling precision; PLC control realizes full automation.
