Designed for aseptic ampoule filling and sealing, adopting stepping type transmission system with 8/10/12/16-head filling stations (balcony structure), automatically completing ampoule separation, transportation, pre-fill nitrogen purging, filling, post-fill nitrogen purging, pre-heating and wire drawing sealing.
Upgraded structure: Three-section sector block structure replaced with integral pulling wheel (connected with auger and small travel beam), ensuring more stable operation, eliminating ampoule breakage, and solving the drawbacks of inconvenient adjustment, easy loosening and dislocation of old-fashioned structures.
Driving system upgrade: Chain driving replaced with synchronous toothed belt driving, featuring higher stability and lower noise.
Optimized travel beam: Reduced ampoule moving distance and interval, travel beam length shortened to nearly 1/2 of the original, with improved stability and rigidity; sliding sleeve type moving/guiding structure replaced with rolling guide rail type for more flexible movement.
Convenient format change: Pin positioning structure for format parts change-over (no adjustment needed when switching specifications); frequently disassembled format parts are quick-detachable, greatly improving disassembly speed.
Stable and easy-to-maintain frame: Integral welding frame for better rigidity and stability; minimal objects on the workbench, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
Sterile environment guarantee: Closed laminar air flow system with optimal laminar flow effect, all structures designed to ensure aseptic operation.
Flexible filling pump options: Equipped with ceramic pump, piston pump or peristaltic pump, selectable based on product nature and characteristics.
