After the operator places containers onto the loading platform, a pusher plate feeds them onto the turntable. As the turntable rotates, the containers move outward toward the rim under the action of fixed bottle-guiding vanes, and are then discharged neatly and orderly through the outlet onto the conveyor belt.
Simple to operate; compatible with bottles of various materials (e.g., glass bottles), with quick and convenient changeover and adjustment.
Infinitely variable speed control with stable operation; suitable for unscrambling buffer and similar applications.
Application
Turntable U1000 is an auxiliary rotary collecting & feeding unit for bottling packaging lines. It arranges, accumulates and buffers empty or filled containers by rotary motion, smoothly transferring bottles to upstream unscramblers or downstream fillers, cappers, labelers and inspection machines.
It helps stabilize bottle flow, reduce bottle jamming and bridge speed differences between separate packaging machines. Compatible with round plastic and glass bottles in pharma, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic and daily chemical industries.
Suitable for medium and high-speed continuous production, compliant with GMP clean workshop requirements.
