Square and Round Bottle Labeling Machine BF200

Suitable for both round and square bottles. The wrap-belt system rotates round bottles to wrap labels around the circumference, and guides square or flat bottles for front and back or single-side labeling.

Fixed-pitch bottle separation. A bottle-separating wheel spaces bottles evenly on the conveyor before labeling, preventing double-bottles and misfeeds.

Photoeye-triggered label dispensing. The object-detection photoeye fires the label feeder the instant a bottle reaches the applicator, giving consistent

label placement regardless of conveyor speed variation.

Wrap-belt application. A rotating wrap belt turns the bottle as it passes the applicator plate, smoothing the label flat and wrapping it tightly around the circumference with no air bubbles or edge lift.

Label-end detection. The label-detection photoeye senses the end of each label and signals the feeder to stop, ensuring accurate label length and no wasted backing paper.

Optional date-code printer or coder. An attached printer or coder can apply the three required date codes (production date, expiry date, batch number) on the label in-line.

Optional vision inspection system. A downstream vision system inspects label placement, presence and readability, and verifies the three date codes; non-conforming bottles are rejected automatically.

Stainless-steel construction. GMP-compliant frame for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical environments.

High-speed output. BF200 delivers up to 200 bottles per minute depending on bottle size and label length.
