Rotary Starwheel Labeling Machine BR300/BR500

Rotary starwheel infeed. Bottles are conveyed onto the belt and separated by the starwheel, which spaces them evenly around the rotary platform for high-throughput, consistent labeling.

Photoeye-triggered label dispensing. The product sensor fires the label dispenser the instant it detects a bottle, giving precise label placement regardless of line-speed variation.

Peeling-plate applicator with rolling belt. The bottle receives the label at the peeling plate while the rolling belt spins it to wrap the label smoothly around its circumference; the liner rewinds automatically.

Label-end detection. The label sensor senses the end of each label and commands the dispenser to stop, ensuring correct label length and no wasted backing paper.

Optional date-code coder. A printer or coder can be added after the labeling station to print production date, batch number and expiry date directly on the label.

Optional vision inspection system. A downstream camera verifies label placement and the printed date-code information; non-conforming bottles are rejected immediately.

High-speed output tiers. BR300 delivers up to 300 bottles per minute and BR500 delivers up to 500 bottles per minute, for high-volume production lines.
Stainless-steel construction. GMP-compliant frame for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical environments.
