Rotary Labeling Machine BR8/BR12

Rotary star-wheel infeed with top-pressing structure. Based on the Krones-style rotary platform design: bottles are fed by a star wheel and held down by a top-pressure plate through the labeling station, delivering high speed and high labeling accuracy.

Compact, optimized mechanical design. On the original Krones-derived architecture, Noah has re-optimized the mechanical structure, giving a more compact footprint, faster changeover between bottle sizes, and easier cleaning.

Redeveloped software control system. A new control platform brings modern HMI, recipe storage and communication with downstream line equipment.

Uninterrupted dual-label-head switching. Two label heads can be switched online without stopping the line: one head prints while the other stands by, enabling continuous production during label roll changeover or label-size change.

Vision inspection of three date codes. Built-in camera inspection checks the printed production date, expiry date and batch number in real time.

Multi-coding method support. The control system integrates and switches between traditional coders, thermal-transfer-overprinters (TTO), inkjet printers and laser markers, so you can choose the coding technology that best fits the substrate and regulatory requirement.

Pharma- and nutraceutical-grade adaptation. Originally proven in high-speed beverage and purified-water lines, the redeveloped version is tuned for pharmaceutical and health-product labeling.

High-speed rotary output. BR8 and BR12 correspond to 8 and 12 labeling stations respectively, supporting high-throughput bottling lines.
