Rotary press-capping design. Bottles are indexed under a rotating turret of capping heads, giving continuous, high-throughput capping.

Gear-type cap sorter (orientor).Toothed cap-orienting wheel feeds caps in the correct orientation, ensuring zero reversed caps in the cap-feeding chute.

Magnetic rotary capping heads.Capping torque is adjusted magnetically — high capping pass rate, low noise, and no wearing mechanical clutch.

Two head styles available.Sleeve (chuck)-type or three-jaw-type capping heads, matched to the cap type (screw cap, snap cap, pilfer-proof, etc.).

Optional German MAYR torque controller. For precise, repeatable torque on demanding closures where over- or under-torque cannot be tolerated.

Tilted-cap / missing-foil rejection at outlet.The discharge end detects crooked caps and missing induction foil, and rejects non-conforming bottles before they reach the sealer.

Photoelectric cap-level interlock.Sensors on the cap chute control the sorter — feed caps when low, stop feeding when full; this self-protection function stabilizes running and prevents cap jams.

Height-adjustable frame.Accommodates bottles of different heights and conveyor elevations.
