Imported SEW motor and precision cam indexer.Main-shaft indexing is driven by an imported SEW motor through an intermittent cam indexer, giving accurate repeatable positioning (proprietary design, a domestic first).

Gear / crank-connecting-rod insertion drive.A gear train drives a crank-connecting-rod mechanism that performs the pre-insertion and insertion strokes; paper feed and paper cutting are handled by cam and ratchet-pawl mechanisms.

Cushioned, flexible motion.Motion is tuned to be fast without flicking the paper, quiet in operation, and reliable in positioning — the paper disc lands intact in the bottle every cycle.

Patented inverted (upside-down) paper insertion.Noah's signature inverted insertion technique guarantees insertion quality and keeps paper edges from protruding outside the bottle mouth, so they do not interfere with downstream capping and foil sealing.

SICK photoelectric interlock.SICK sensors control the sequence — paper is inserted only when a bottle is present; the machine stays idle when there is no bottle or no paper, preventing misfeeds onto an empty conveyor.

Dual-station unwinding for non-stop reel change.Two unwinding stations let the operator swap the paper roll without stopping the line; the PLC can also be set to drop several paper discs in a single bottle in one cycle.

Adjustable machine height. Body height is adjustable to match different bottle heights, conveyor heights and line layouts.

Stainless-steel / special-material construction.Whole machine built in stainless steel or selected special materials, complying with current GMP requirements.

Operator safety package.Fitted with various automatic protection and interlock devices.

Reel-empty alarm.The supply-reel tray triggers an alarm when the paper roll runs out, preventing missing-paper bottles from passing through.
