Unscrambling speed up to 200 bottles/min.
Both the bottle storage hopper and the unscrambling hopper are equipped with sensors for high/low level alarms.
An air-blow reversing mechanism is installed inside the unscrambling hopper to automatically blow away bottles oriented mouth-downward.
The conveyor is equipped with bottle-jam detection; it stops automatically when bottles jam at the rear and replenishes automatically when bottles are missing.
Features a fault log, automatic diagnostics, and audible/visual alarms.
The control screen can be upgraded to a Windows industrial PC; after the upgrade it supports electronic batch record functionality.
Optional anti-static system available (including bottle inverting, ionized air blowing, and dust extraction).
Application
The Low-speed Unscrambler U150 is an auxiliary bottle feeding unit for low-to-medium batch packaging lines. It automatically sorts, orients and arranges bulk empty bottles, delivering upright bottles continuously and stably to downstream equipment including counting machines, filling machines, capping machines, desiccant inserters and labeling machines.
It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food, cosmetics and daily chemical industries, compatible with round, square and wide-mouth plastic bottles (HDPE / PET).
Ideal for pilot production, small batch runs and multi-product changeover lines where gentle bottle handling and stable low-speed feeding are required.
The machine meets GMP requirements for pharmaceutical packaging workshops.
