Features & Benefits
Inline wrap-around labeling. Bottles enter the conveyor and are spaced at a fixed pitch by the bottle-separating wheel, then conveyed forward for consistent, repeatable label placement.
Photoeye-triggered label dispensing. The object-detection photoeye sends a label-dispensing signal the instant it senses a bottle, so there is no timing guesswork and label position stays consistent across varying line speeds.
Wrap-belt application. As the bottle passes the applicator plate, the wrap belt rotates it to wrap the label smoothly around the circumference while the backing paper rewinds.
Label-end detection. The label-detection photoeye senses the end of each label and signals the feeder to stop, ensuring correct label length and no wasted backing paper.
Optional date-code printer or coder. An attached coder can print the three required date codes (production date, expiry date and batch number) directly on the label in-line.
Optional vision inspection system. A downstream camera inspects label placement and verifies the three date codes; non-conforming bottles are rejected automatically.
Stainless-steel construction. GMP-compliant frame for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical environments.
Medium-speed output. BS120 delivers up to 120 bottles per minute depending on bottle size and label length, a step down from the BF200 for lines that do not need 200 bpm.
Application
Pharmaceutical bottling lines: applying product labels to HDPE and glass bottles of tablets, capsules, caplets and powder vials after induction foil sealing.
Nutraceutical and supplement bottles: vitamins, softgels, probiotics and powders where regulatory-required product, batch and expiry information must be applied.
Round and slightly irregular bottles: the wrap-belt system handles cylindrical containers for full-wrap labeling.
Smaller-to-medium production lines: where 120 bpm is the target and a compact inline labeler is preferred over a high-speed rotary platform.
Line position: installed after the induction foil sealer, as the final station on automatic bottling lines.
