Inline ReomTing Machine L3/L4/ L5

Five-axis inline capping. Five capping spindles arranged in line process bottles continuously as they pass through, delivering medium-to-high throughput without a rotary turret.

Optional torque detection. Each spindle can be fitted with torque monitoring, giving closed-loop control of cap-tightening force and out-of-tolerance rejection.

Quick, simple mold and tooling changeover. Few format parts and a straightforward change procedure make the machine well suited to flexible, multi-product production where bottle and cap sizes change frequently.

Crooked-cap and missing-foil rejection at outlet. The discharge station detects tilted caps and missing induction foil and rejects non-conforming bottles, protecting the quality of the downstream sealing.

Photoelectric cap-feeding interlock. Sensors on the cap chute automatically start cap feeding when supply runs low and stop feeding when the chute is full, providing self-protection that prevents cap jams and stabilizes running.

AISI 304 stainless-steel outer frame. GMP-compliant construction for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical environments.

Multi-spindle configurations. L3, L4 and L5 correspond to 3, 4 and 5 inline spindles respectively, letting the machine be sized to the upstream counting and filling output.
