Inline Capping Machine LS3/LS4/LS5

Inline servo capping. Bottles are conveyed by belt into the feed screw and delivered accurately to the capping station; the servo capping spindle descends to pick up caps from the cap feeder and drives a three-jaw gripper cylinder to press down and tighten — continuous inline capping rather than rotary indexing.

Japanese servo main drive.The capping spindle is controlled by a Japanese servo motor for precise speed, torque and position control across the cap-tightening cycle.

Mirror-cap friendly.Gentle contact and controlled descent make the machine suitable for mirror / high-gloss caps that scratch easily.

Bottle-aware start / stop.Auto-starts capping when bottles arrive and auto-stops when the line is empty — no dry capping, no cap waste.

Three-jaw cylinder gripper.Pneumatic three-jaw chuck centers and grips the cap before torque is applied, ensuring square, consistent capping.

Integrated rejection & inspection.The discharge station checks for fallen / toppled bottles, missing caps, missing aluminium foil and defective capping; non-conforming bottles are rejected before the next process.

Overload protection device.Mechanical / electronic overload protection prevents damage to caps, bottles and the spindle in the event of a jam or misfeed.

Quick changeover, few format parts.Minimal sizing components — tooling change between bottle / cap sizes is fast and straightforward.

Height / guide adjustment.Side guides and spindle height are adjustable to accommodate different bottle heights and cap profiles.
