Elegant appearance, rational design, simple structure, easy maintenance, and large hopper.
Suitable for plastic bottles of various sizes, such as round, square, and irregular-shaped bottles; changeover between sizes is simple and time-saving.
The bottle storage hopper is equipped with an automatic lid-opening function and a low-level alarm.
During operation, bottles are fed intermittently as needed, ensuring a smooth unscrambling process without damaging the bottle mouth or body.
High-speed stable operation; stable bottle-feeding speed up to 300 bottles/min.
The unscrambler outlet is equipped with automatic monitoring and rejection of fallen and reversed bottles, ensuring output quality.
The conveyor line is equipped with bottle-jam detection; it stops automatically when bottles jam at the rear and replenishes automatically when bottles are missing.
The control screen can be upgraded to a Windows industrial PC; after the upgrade it supports electronic batch record functionality.
Optional anti-static system available (including bottle inverting, ionized air blowing, and dust blowing).
Application
The High-speed Unscrambler U300 is a high-capacity bottle feeding auxiliary unit for continuous bottling production lines. It automatically sorts, orients and arranges bulk empty bottles, feeding upright containers steadily to downstream filling, counting, capping, desiccant inserting and labeling equipment.
Designed for mass production with high line speed requirements, it handles large daily output and maintains stable bottle delivery. It supports round, square and special-shaped PET, HDPE plastic bottles.
Widely applied in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic and daily chemical industries. Ideal for large-volume mass production and long-run continuous operation.
The machine complies with GMP standards for clean packaging workshops and can be integrated into fully automatic bottling lines.
