Place the whole roll-form desiccant strip onto the feeding turntable.
Thread the desiccant strip along the feeding path through the storage guide rail, indexing wheels and small feeding motor for threading setup.
The fixed-length conveying section delivers the desiccant strip with precise length control and feeds it synchronously to the cutting station.
Once the sensor on the lower conveyor detects an incoming bottle, the fixed-length switch is activated.
The cutting scissors shear the desiccant strip, and the single desiccant sachet falls automatically into the bottle.
The positioning mechanism stops and aligns the bottle accurately during desiccant insertion.
After desiccant dosing, the conveyor transfers the bottle to the subsequent process.
Application
Desiccant Inserter ID120 / ID240 is an automatic sachet desiccant feeding and inserting auxiliary unit for bottling lines. It automatically unwinds, measures, cuts and drops individual desiccant sachets into empty bottles to control internal humidity and protect moisture-sensitive contents.
It synchronizes its operation with bottle signals from the conveyor. Available in two models: ID120 for lower-speed production and ID240 for higher throughput. Compatible with roll-form desiccant sachets of different specifications.
It can be integrated after counting machines and before capping machines. Widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, health food, cosmetic and fine chemical industries for bottles containing tablets, capsules, softgels, gummies and powder products.
The machine complies with GMP requirements for clean packaging workshops.
