Cotton Inserter IC60/IC120

PLC-controlled with touch-screen HMI.The whole machine runs on a programmable PLC; the interface is intuitive and easy to learn, so operators set process parameters without specialist training.

Adjustable cotton length from the HMI. Cotton is pulled off the roll along the cotton guide plate, conveyed by two pairs of pressing rollers, pulled and cut to a fixed length — the cut length is set directly on the touch screen to match each bottle's process requirement.

Rotating-turret insertion mechanism. After cutting, the cotton blank is fed into the turret; a lower air cylinder pushes it into the glass guide tube on the rotating frame, the frame indexes around, and an upper air cylinder inserts the cotton into the pharmaceutical bottle — one controlled stroke per bottle.

Multi-position photoeye detection.Sensors at multiple stations confirm cotton presence, position and insertion, ensuring accurate insertion and preventing misfeeds.

Adjustable machine height.The body height is adjustable, so the inserter can be matched to a wide range of bottle heights and conveyor heights without custom shimming.

Stainless-steel / special-material construction.The whole machine is built in stainless steel or selected special materials, meeting the current GMP revision for pharma contact and cleanability.

Compact, service-friendly design.Compact structure with clean appearance; routine use and maintenance are straightforward.

Operator safety package.Fitted with various self-protection and interlock devices to protect the operator during setting and running.

Two speed tiers. IC60 ≈ 60 bottles/min, IC120 ≈ 120 bottles/min — actual output depends on bottle size and cotton length.
