CM Modular Counting Machine

This equipment is used for counting and filling various tablets, capsules, and pills, with a particle diameter range of 3–22 mm.

The counting head is independently developed and manufactured with proprietary intellectual property. It adopts a matrix structure with 4 emitting and 8 receiving groups, providing full coverage with no blind spots and 100% counting accuracy.

The counting head control board uses German Infineon microcontroller chips, offering powerful big-data processing capability.

Three-stage vibrating pans, each with an independent vibrator driven by a DC control system; the vibration frequency of each stage can be adjusted individually.

The material gate uses German Festo air cylinders to drive a linear gate, ensuring high speed and a filling accuracy of up to 99.99%.

Three bottling modes are available—normal mode, two-stage buffer mode, and zero-buffer mode—selectable according to different material conditions to improve bottling speed.

Adapts to bottle types of different heights; the overall machine height can be adjusted automatically.

Counting and filling can be performed in both static and vibratory discharge modes.

The touch screen can be upgraded to a Windows industrial PC; after the upgrade it supports electronic batch records.

Optional cylinder status monitoring: an alarm is triggered when the gate cylinder operates abnormally, and non-conforming products are rejected.

Optional static precision weighing system performs tare weighing for each bottle. This system uses imported weighing modules with an accuracy of 0.01 g.

Optional AI fragment-detection system detects pharmaceutical defects.

Can be upgraded to a servo modular counting machine by replacing the driver board.
